Hunter Haines Coaching
I’m Hunter, MS, PCC, ODCP, and founder of Hunter Haines Coaching.
I believe that every leader has the potential to shift their mindset, clarify their purpose, and consciously choose how they lead—this is where true leadership transformation begins.
For more than 35 years I have coached brilliant people to become the leaders they want to be so that teams thrive and organizations achieve their business goals.

Business and Leadership Experience
With over 35 years of corporate human resources experience, I’ve designed and directed large-scale leadership programs and led organization-wide initiatives focused on engagement and mentoring. I’ve helped leaders and teams reach new levels of alignment, cohesion, and performance that directly improved business outcomes.
I’ve had the opportunity to coach leaders at all levels—from the front line to the C-Suite—across major organizations like Johns Hopkins Medicine, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Exelon, and the University of Maryland Medical System. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics and complex challenges within large systems, particularly in healthcare.
In addition to my corporate work, I’ve been a mentor coach at the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), taught graduate courses in Human Resources at Towson University, and offered pro bono consulting for mentoring programs in Baltimore City.
I’m passionate about using a mix of coaching and consulting to help leaders maximize their strengths, uncover blind spots, and adopt behaviors that lead to sustained business success.
